The XC-99 was a attempt to produce a huge six engine transport airplane from the B-36 aircraft. Only ONE was produced and it was at Kelly AFB until about 2004 when it became part of the USAFM. This report and brochure are chocked full of VERY RARE information that you will never see ANYWHERE and includes several photos and interior drawings of the aircraft!!
