we are committed to customer service. All of our orders are shipped with 24 hours or Two business days, and typically we ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
First Class mail is the standard of our shipping. We can only fit 13 ounces worth of product in a first class mail package. This is most common shipping method chosen by our customers. It will normally get to its destination in 3 - 7 business days.
Priority Mail Flat Rate is a 1 to 3 day shipping service provided by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

30 Days Return Policy
Please read the following instructions which will greatly help

in assisting you with your return: Need to Return Your Order? It's easy. We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return within 30 days from your purchase. We will provide you with return AUTHORIZATION. You can return only undamaged foam. All refunds will be issued in approximately 3-5 business days. When returning please note the following:
Merchandise Condition Return.
Merchandise must be in "ORIGINAL PACKAGING" no tape, labels, etc. must be able to be resold. We only sell first quality merchandise and expect returns to be the same. If returned merchandise is found to be damage, a credit will not be issued and the customer will be notified of the problem. The customer will then have 7 business days to respond to us on what to do with their return (requesting to return the package back incurs additional shipping charges). If no answer would be received after 7 business days the item will be treated as abandoned and discarded.
Invoice.
When returning, please place invoice back in the box with the returned item(s), (Make a copy of the original invoice for your records and write down the tracking number for your return; you need to provide it if you message us via ebay messaging system).
Refunds.
Refunds will be issued via same payment method where available.
Pre-paid Return Shipping.
You must pay for the return shipping fees even if you picked the wrong foam size or changed your mind, or not what you expected. Return shipping is paid by the customer and within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Restocking Fees.
We have a 25% restocking fee related to the following return types of reasons: changed your mind, not what you expected, refused orders, or frivolous claim of a defective product.
Exchanges.
We issue credit and you will have to place an order for a different size. If you would like a different size, please place a NEW order online at your earliest convenience for any replacement item(s). This is the fastest and easiest way to make sure we have your foam size in stock. Otherwise, all refunds take approximately 3-5 business days to be processed.
Refused Orders.
Orders that are refused or not received when delivery was attempted will be subject to a .00 return plus a restocking fee. This is to cover the shipping back to us and the labor involved in handling your order.
