A complete and appears to have never been used electrotherapy device made in Germany. It has the directions and papers, all in German.
You fill the base with a specific amount of water depending on 220 or 110 v ac and connect the pads to the victim! By rotating the knob, it moves a conducting graphite cup in or out of the water and this controls the voltage to the patient.
As with a lot of literature from the time frame, they use a picture of a child which makes folks thing it is safe!
The complete set is heavy and will be expensive to ship.
