Item description is covered by condition notes and the pictures. If the pictures do not match the description please ask for clarification! Comments about quality of painting is my opinion.  Notes about fragility demonstrate that some damage is likely during shipping.
I protect miniatures not packaging.  Sprues/Blisters sent in bubble mailers.  If you need me to protect packaging let me know, this may incur additional packing costs.
I do my best to package items; minor damage can occur and be repaired. I often assemble models for pictures. For protection, I sometimes disassemble models before shipping.  Models dissembled at glue points are not considered broken.
