An interesting "device". No information can be found for this.
It has 4 sets of single turn copper wire coils.
2 Pair of coils are mounted in a horizontal plane inside the case, one pair is larger in diameter than the other.
Then there is two smaller diameter pair of coils one each pair is mounted vertically at the ends of the case, directly opposite each other, one "North" and one "South". It has a 15 foot power cord with a US 3 prong plug on the end.
Now here is the fun part. The wires in the cord connect TO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING inside the device. The wire just go to a 3 point terminal strip!
The bottom it has the directions for setting the device up but nothing as to what it supposedly does!
In addition there is a sticker from the corrupt UN claim intellectual property. I wonder how much that bribe cost to get it?
The case appears to be red Bakelite and measures 8" x 8" by 4" tall.
Originally there were 2 one way tamper proof screws in the bottom to prevent opening and they were removed so the internal arrangement could be seen. The screws were destroyed  and thrown away.
What was its supposed claim? Unknown.
What was its original cost? Unknown.
