Description of Auction
The auction is for 4 ORIGINAL WWII period photos of aerial views of Brisbane, Australia and surrounding areas including the river, CBD, Kangaroo Point and Story Bridge.
Being sold at the low price of each or .99 for the four.
These photos came from a US Navy photographer who served aboard USS Tangier
(AV-8) which visited Brisbane on 21st March 1944, on its Pacific cruise.
The photos are in very good condition given the age of over 75 years. They are light sepia toned with glossy appearance. They have nothing on back. Please refer to the scans to assess the condition of the photos. Size is 12 x 9.5 cm. They are WWII period photos struck from negatives in the 1940s.

Postage and handling for international Buyers is via International Registered letter with tracking number.
